Abstract: Contribution of Transformational Leadership Toward Teachers’ Self-Efficacy on Vocational High Schools in Malang Raya. This study examined the relationships between teachers perceived of principals’ Four I’s dimensions of transformational leadership behaviors and teachers’ self-efficacy. Data were collected from 243 teachers working at 74 Vocational High Schools in Malang Raya using Transformational Leadership Scale and part of School Participants Empowerment Scale.
