Influence of Shenfu injection on hemorheology and oxygen metabolism of patients with septic shock

Objective: To observe the influence of Shenfu injection on hemorheology and oxygen metabolism of patients with septic shock. Methods: A total of 54 patients with septic shock in our hospital from February 2015 to June 2016 were selected as research object, and 54 patients were divided into two groups according to the method of random number table. Patients in control group were treated with conventional treatment of septic shock, patients in control group were treated with Shenfu injection on basis of the conventional treatment of control group, then the whole blood and whole blood reduced viscosity, erythrocyte indexes and oxygen metabolism indexes of two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results: The whole blood and whole blood significantly reduced viscosity of two groups before the treatment (all P＞0.05), while those items′detection results of two groups after the treatment were all significantly improved, and the detection results of observation group were significantly better than those of control group (all P＞0.05). Conclusions: The Shenfu injection can significantly improve the hemorheology and oxygen metabolism of patients with septic shock, so its application value for the patients with septic shock is active
