This paper deals with the theory and application of microwave radiation and experimental optimization of microwave radiation for the distribution of temperature field in the irradiated wooden elements. The article describes the experimental work performed at the Faculty of Civil Engineering, in close cooperation with the company S. P. UNI, s.r.o..
