<p>The markers B220 and AA4.1 were used to differentiate mature (B220<sup>+</sup>/AA4.1<sup>−</sup>) and transitional (B220<sup>+</sup>/AA4.1<sup>+</sup>) B cell subsets. The mature B cell gate was used to identify marginal zone (CD21<sup>hi</sup>/CD23<sup>−</sup>) and follicular (CD21<sup>hi/</sup>CD23<sup>pos</sup>) populations and the transitional gate was used to identify T1 (CD21<sup>neg</sup>/HSA<sup>hi</sup>) and T2 (CD21<sup>pos</sup>/HSA<sup>hi</sup>) subsets. Five mice were analyzed at each time point. Representative data are shown.
