Temporal evolution of infarct volume: effect of 3-AB treatment.

<p>(A) Measurements of infarct volume (mm³) were performed at 4 h, 24 h, 8 d, 15 d and 30 d after the onset of ischemia. 3-AB (90 mg/kg) was given (i.p.) right after the induction of photothrombotic ischemia. Values are expressed as means±S.E.M. n in bracket indicates the number of animals in each experimental condition.
