The present study was conducted to determined the effect of brooding period with different diet protein of phase starter on the carcass production of black kedu chicken age 10 weeks. The material used was 108 day old chick (DOC) black kedu chicken (unsex) with an average weight of 38.52 + 3.28 gram (CV = 4.70). Feed used in the formulation of diet is corn, rice bran, soybean meal and fish meal. The experimental diet containing metabolism energy 2800 Kcal/kg and crude protein 18%, 20%, 22% according to treatment and finisher diet with crude protein 16%.
