Intracellular accumulation of paclitaxel in HEK293-pcDNA3.1 cells in the absence of imatinib and nilotinib were shown in the left bars (▪). Intracellular accumulation of paclitaxel in the presence of 5 µM of imatinib in HEK293-pcDNA3.1 cells was shown on the right (□).
