Abstract

<p>(A) The AR(+) cells were treated with either different concentrations of RSV for 24 hours (Upper panel) or 50 uM of RSV for different periods of time (Bottom panel). Whole-cell lystates were prepared and separated by electrophoresis on a 7.5% SDS-PAGE gel. Western blots were conducted with either anti-AR antibody or anti-actin antibody for control. (B) RSV represses AR transcriptional activity. The reporter assay was conducted similarly as described in the legend of <a href="http://www.plosone.org/article/info:doi/10.1371/journal.pone.0007398#pone-0007398-g004" target="_blank">Figure 4A</a>.</p
