<p>The indicated combinations of EBNA1<sub>395–641</sub> , USP7 and GMPS were preincubated then combined with the DNA containing the EBNA1 recognition site and EMSAs were performed as in <a href="http://www.plospathogens.org/article/info:doi/10.1371/journal.ppat.1000624#ppat-1000624-g002" target="_blank">Figure 2C</a>.
