Effect of thalidomide treatment on glycemic control in C57Bl/6 mice.

<p>Blood glucose levels of C57Bl/6 mice with islet transplantation (A, n = 11 in vehicle control group and n = 12 in thalidomide treated group) or without islet transplantation (C, n = 6). In islet transplantation groups, nephrectomy of the graft bearing kidney was performed on day 14 and day 42, in control mice or treated mice respectively, followed by blood glucose determination 3 days later. The number of the surviving animals is indicated above the curve.
