<p>Raw 264.7 cells were treated for 4 hours with LTA (1 μg/mL), R-FSL-1 (100 ng/mL, R), S-FSL-1 (100 ng/mL, S), or Pam3CSK4 (100 ng/mL, P3), mRNA was extracted and used to perform arrays using the RT²Profiler PCR Array, Mouse Inflammatory Cytokines and Receptors (SABiosciences). Genes that were consistently upregulated greater than 2 fold over n = 3 independent experiments are shown. (* p<0.05).
