Pengaruh Eq Terhadap Hasil Belajar Siswa Pada Mata Pelajaran Sistem Akuntansi SMKN 3 Pontianak

This study aims to determine the effect of emotional quotient (EQ​​) to the learning outcomes of students in the subjects accounting system of class XI Accounting SMK Negeri 3 of Pontianak. The method used is descriptive method with the form of research studies the relationship. Sample size was 60 students. The results showed that the emotional quotient ( EQ ​​) has an influence on student learning outcomes in subjects accounting system of class XI Accounting SMK Negeri 3 of Pontianak. It is seen from t count > t table (3,651 > 2.0017) the which states that Ha accepted and Ho rejected. Simple linear regression calculation obtained Y=0909+0.704X. The coefficient of determination (R2) was showed that the contribution of the effect of X to the variable Y by 18.7 %
