The Guide contains assessment of over 100 fisheries and fish. As well as common Australian wild caught fish, it classifies aquacultured fish, imported fresh chilled and frozen fish and canned fish. A traffic light system classifies fish into 'say no', 'think twice' and 'better choice'.
