<p>Heat map of β<sub>2</sub> values of 62 genes that were present in more than 20% of the 500 repeated assessments with 34 patients in the training set of the classifier. These discriminating genes were used in a supervised two-dimensional hierarchical clustering of NRs (green) and ORs (red) based on the β<sub>2</sub> values representing the radiation response.</p
