Inhibition of apoptosis increased the conversion of LC3-I to LC3-II and degradation of P62.

<p>When RD-A cells infected with EV71 or without EV71 were co-cultured with different dosage of Z-VAD-FMK (A) and Z-DEVD-FMK (B) for 12 hours, the cells were lyzed and Western blot were performed. (C) RD-A cells were transfected with control and caspase-3 siRNA for 36 hours, the cells were treated with EV71 at the MOI of 10 for 12 h before Western blot with the indicated antibodies. The results of western are representatives of the three independent experiments. The statistical analysis of LC3II/LC3I and P62/Actin are the mean of three independent experiments. Mock value is set on 100% each experiment.
