Expression of glycolytic enzymes in mammary tumors.

<p>MECs were isolated from STK11<i>^−/−/</i>NIC tumors and NIC mammary glands, followed by treatment with <b>a,</b> Rapamycin for 30 min. <b>b,</b> Torin 1 for 2 h and <b>c,</b> AZD8055 for 2 h, followed by western blot analysis for LDH, and PDH. Data are representative of three separate experiments, using three separate mice from each genotype.
