<p>Lung tissue was obtained on d 76 from saline- and OVA-treated sPLA₂-V^+/+ wild-type mice and sPLA₂-V^−/− mice. Sections were stained with alcian blue. Scale bar, 100 μm. Micrographs are representative from 4–5 mice per group.
