<p>Total RNA was isolated from inoculated BY-2 protoplasts at 18 hpt. Mutants used for inoculation are illustrated above each lane. Viral RNA accumulation was assessed by Northern blots with the same probe used in <a href="http://www.plosone.org/article/info:doi/10.1371/journal.pone.0057938#pone-0057938-g001" target="_blank">Fig. 1</a>, and designations along the side of the gel are similar to those in <a href="http://www.plosone.org/article/info:doi/10.1371/journal.pone.0057938#pone-0057938-g001" target="_blank">Fig. 1</a>.</p
