Experimental plan for chronic model of airway way inflammation and remodeling.

<p>Mice were sensitized and challenged with OVA for 6 weeks to induced airway inflammation and were treated with ARI starting after first OVA-challenge and continued till the end of experiment. At the end of experiments the mice were subjected to whole body plethysmography or were killed and serum and BAL fluid were collected.
