AR inhibition decreases airway hyper-responsiveness in the OVA-challenged chronic asthmatic mice.

<p>After 6-weeks of OVA-challenge, the changes in pause of breathing (Penh) were measured by whole-body unrestrained plethysmography using increasing concentration of methacholine. The mice from different experimental and control groups were placed in a barometric chambers and Penh values were determined.
