A<p>SPF chickens were challenged intramuscularly with 100 µl of 10<sup>5.5</sup> EID<sub>50</sub> of the virulent NDV virus 3 weeks post-vaccination.</p>B<p>Hemagglutination-inhibition titers against the homologous antigen were determined 3 weeks after vaccination using chicken erythrocytes.</p>C<p>Depression was observed in non-vaccinated chickens before death.</p><p>MDT, mean death time in days.</p
