Effect of LPIAT1 knockout on total levels of brain phospholipids and phosphoinositides.

<p>Quantitated targetted molecular species of phosphoinositides PtdIns, PtdInsP and PtdInsP₂ in LPIAT1^+/+ (WT) or LPIAT1^−/− (KO) brain samples presented in <a href="http://www.plosone.org/article/info:doi/10.1371/journal.pone.0058425#pone-0058425-g006" target="_blank">Figure 6</a>, and phospholipids PA,PC,PE and PS from <a href="http://www.plosone.org/article/info:doi/10.1371/journal.pone.0058425#pone-0058425-g005" target="_blank">Figure 5</a> were added to calculate total levels for each lipid.
