<p>Bone marrow derived dendritic cells (BMDC from BALB/c mice, 3×10<sup>4</sup> per well) were cocultured with B6.SJL CD45.1<sup>+</sup> T cells and C57BL/6 CD45.1<sup>−</sup> calcein-labelled pre T<sub>reg</sub> cells for 20 h in a 1∶1∶3 ratio.
