RvD1 attenuates CS-induced inflammation <i>in vivo.</i>

<p>Mice were treated with 100 ng RvD1 (grey bars) or saline vehicle (Veh, black bars) by inhalation 1 hour prior to cigarette smoke, daily for 3 days. Mice were euthanized at day 4, and differential cell counts were performed on BALF cells. Total cell number (<b>A</b>), number of macrophages (<b>B</b>), neutrophils (<b>C</b>), lymphocytes (<b>D</b>), eosinophils (<b>E</b>) and percentage of macrophages and neutrophils (<b>F</b>) are reported.
