WNT5A inhibits metastasis to the lung.

<p>The tail vein assay was used to compare metastasis to the lung of vector only transduced 4T1-luc (Vector) and WNT5A expressing 4T1-luc (WNT5A) cells. (A) Luciferase imaging over several days after injection is shown. Red represents the highest intensity of luciferase signal. The imaging time in seconds is shown at the bottom. (B) The average and standard deviation from 6 mice in each group of luciferase counts per second is shown over time.
