Topography, Rac1 and ROCK inhibition synergistically affect osteoblast biomineralization.

<p>(a) Quantification of the intensity of tetracycline labelling and (b) number of nodules demonstrated that ROCK inhibition significantly increased mineral deposition by osteoblasts on both PT and SLA.
