<p>The numbers of CD34<sup>+</sup>CD38<sup>−</sup>CD45<sup>+</sup> cells (panel A), CD34<sup>+</sup>CD38<sup>+</sup>CD45<sup>+</sup> cells (panel B), and CD34<sup>+</sup>CD38<sup>+/−</sup>CD45<sup>+</sup> cells (panel C) determined by flow cytometry were cultured until day 14 after irradiation.
