Non-myristoylated GLIPR-2 overexpression has no effect on EMT.

<p>(A) Western blot data of EMT markers and ERK1/2 activation in HK-2 cells overexpressing non-myristoylated GLIPR-2. GLIPR-2 expression was elevated in GLIPR-2- and non-myr GLIPR-2-transfected HK-2 cells. However, p-ERK1/2 and EMT markers did not change in the non-myr GLIPR-2-transfected HK-2 cells.
