Effect of CsA at different concentrations on cell viability of Sf9 cells.

<p>0.01×10⁶ cells were pre-cultured for 24 h in and subsequently exposed with various doses of CsA for 1 h using 0.5% DMSO as a control. Percentage survival was determined as per the formula (Absorbance of drug-treated cells/Absorbance of control cells) ×100 and compared with control, untreated cells regarded as 100%. Data of absorbance shown are the mean±S.E.
