<p>(<b>A</b>) Mice with 786-O renal cell carcinoma ear tumors were i.v. injected with 100 µCi of <sup>64</sup>Cu-NOTA-bevacizumab (n = 4 mice). 24 hours post injection select organs and tumors were collected, weighed, and the amount of activity in each tissue was assessed in a gamma-counter. The decay-corrected % injected dose (ID)/g tissue was calculated for each organ. A blocking dose of 100 µg unlabeled bevacizumab markedly and specifically reduced tumor tracer uptake with no detectable effect on host organ tracer accumulation.
