<p>Cell nuclei were labeled with DAPI (blue) and cells were immunostained with anti-β-tubulin antibody (green). ANSCs were prepared for the labeling after 1 day (a1, b1, c1, d1), 3 days (a2, b2, c2, d2), 5 days (a3, b3, c3, d3) and 7 days (a4, b4, c4, d4) of differentiation, respectively. Images were acquired at 200× magnification and the scale bar = 50 µm.
