<p>Flow cytometric analysis was performed on LMMP that was cultured with EdU for 72 h and gated for single cells that co-expressed tdT and the specified neuronal or glial marker (white histogram). EdU uptake was detected in 54% of Tuj/tdT<sup>+</sup> cells (A), 64.7% of PGP9.5/tdT<sup>+</sup> cells (B), 62.1% of S100ß/tdT<sup>+</sup> cells (C), and 73.1% of GFAP/tdT<sup>+</sup> cells. The gray histogram represents LMMP cultured with EdU for only 24 h was used as a negative control.
