Identification of regulators required for <i>C. albicans</i> systemic infection.

Ten BALB/c mice were infected with wild-type <i>C. albicans</i> or one of the mutant strains by tail vein injection. We used 5.2×10⁵ cells of each strain per infection. Mice were monitored daily and sacrificed when moribund.
