<p>(A) EA cells were seeded on 6-well plates and incubated with MTD (×1/25) for the indicated times. Whole cell lysates were prepared and MAPK (p38) activation was evaluated by Western Blot analysis for phosphorylated p38 (p-p38) and total p38. α-tubulin was used to evaluate loading accuracy. The data are representative of at least three experiments. (B) Similar to 8A, activation of p44/42 MAPK was evaluated by Western Blot analyses for p44/42 and the p-p44/42 species. α-tubulin was used to evaluate loading accuracy.
