<p>Endothelial cells were incubated either with different concentrations of CGJ for 8 hours (A) or CGJ (11 mg/l) in a time-dependent manner until 8 hours (B). Then total mRNA was extracted and transcripted into cDNA. The level of eNOS mRNA was determined using RT-PCR analysis. n = 6 different experiments. CGJ did not affect eNOS mRNA stability (C).
