Role of reactive oxygen species in the CGJ-induced phosphorylation of p38 MAPK and JNK in endothelial cells.

<p>Cells were incubated either with solvent, SOD (500 U/ml), MnTMPyP (100 µM), catalase (500 U/m) and PEG-catalase (500 U/ml) for 30 minutes before the addition of CGJ for 5 minutes. The level of p–p38 MAPK (A) and p-JNK (B) was determined by Western blot analysis.
