<p>Two-week-old Arabidopsis seedlings were treated with 150 mM NaCl as salt treatment and water as control. RT-PCR analysis was performed with <i>UGT85A5</i> specific primers using the RNA isolated from the Arabidopsis plants. The <i>Tubulin</i> was used as an internal control.</p
