NVP-BEZ235 inhibited activities of PI3K/AKT and mTORC1 pathways.

<p>(A) (B) NVP-BEZ235 blocked the phosphorylation of AKT, GSK3β, PRAS40, mTOR, S6K and 4E-BP1 in CNE2 and HONE1 cells. Cells were cultured at 2∼4×10⁵cells/well in 6-well plates and were treated with NVP-BEZ235 0.25 µM in indicated periods and different concentrations for 6 h and analyzed by Western blotting.
