a<p>Mice were nasally immunized weekly for three consecutive weeks with OVA plus Ad-FL.</p><p>One week after the last immunization, mononuclear cells from NALT, CLNs, NPs, SMGs and spleen were stained with a combination of the respective mAbs and subjected to flow cytometry analysis by FACSCalibur®.</p>b<p>Mononuclear cells were stained with PE- labeled anti-CD11c mAb.</p>c<p>Mononuclear cells were stained with FITC-conjugated anti-CD11b, PE-labeled anti-CD11c, allophycocyanin-tagged anti-B220 and biotinylated anti-CD8 mAbs followed by PerCP-Cy5.5-streptavidin.</p>d<p>The values shown are the mean ± SEM of five independent experiments.
