Measurements were carried out with the protein dissolved in ultra-pure water or in different Tris-HCl pH 8.0 concentrations (0.5, 2.0, 5.0, 10.0, and 20.0 mM). In the case of the solutions containing buffer, the data were obtained immediately after the Tris-HCl pH 8.0 addition and two hours later.</p
