<p>(A) Detection of CACNA2D3 expression in <i>CACNA2D3</i>-transfected cells (30-<i>CAC</i> or 510-<i>CAC</i>) compared with vector-transfected cells (30-Vec or 510-Vec). <i>GAPDH</i> was used as loading control. (B) Cell growth rate was significantly inhibited in <i>CACNA2D3</i>-transfected cells compared with vector-transfected cells. (C) qRTPCR result of KYSE140 and cell growth rate was elevated in siRNA treated cells.
