<p>The eighteen IncP-1 plasmid sequences corresponding to sub-groups α, β, γ and ε were obtained from GenBank, and the pMAB01 sequences were obtained in this study. The posterior credibility values are represented for each node. Plasmid QKH54 was used as outgroup. Plasmid pMAB01 is indicated with a black triangle.
