<p>Individual sdAb selected on (A) Ivory Coast, (B) Reston, (C) Sudan or (D) Zaire viruses were passively immobilized to ELISA wells to serve as captors for 1e+4 pfu of Ivory Coast (black), Reston (red), Sudan (green), Zaire (yellow) or Marburg (blue) virus preparations incubated in 0.1% Triton X-100. Detection used the same sdAb clone as a phage displayed tracer, followed by anti-phage-HRP conjugate and chemiluminescent substrate. The experiment was performed once and the error bars represent the maximum and minimum between duplicate ELISA wells.</p
