<p>The percent of collapsed growth cones of the E8 chick embryos incubated with medium containing vector only, <i>SEMA3A</i>WT, or <i>SEMA3A</i>I334V at dilutions (0.03, 0.1, and 0.3) of a concentrated media. All dilutions of the concentrated media of the <i>SEMA3A</i> or <i>SEMA3A</i>I334V expressed in HEK293T cells were similarly secreted. <i>SEMA3A</i>WT and <i>SEMA3A</i>I334V led to a collapse of the DRG neuron growth cones in all concentrations, but growth cone collapses by <i>SEMA3A</i>I334V (red bar) were significantly less than those by <i>SEMA3A</i>WT (blue bar) at the dilutions (0.3, 0.1) of the concentrated media (<i>P</i> = 0.009).</p
