<p>(A) Prox1 represses transcription of <i>CYP7A1</i> mRNA. HepG2 cells were co-infected with recombinant lentiviruses expressing Prox1-targeting siRNA precursors si258 or si1646, or scrambled control siSCR, and recombinant lentiviruses expressing control GFP or siRNA-insensitive Prox1 mutant Prox1m as indicated. Total RNA was extracted 36 hrs post-infection and levels of <i>CYP7A1</i> mRNA measured using quantitative real-time PCR as described in Materials and Methods.
