Antigen specific IgG antibody detected by ELISA.

<p>Plates were coated with purified soluble E1 or E2 glycoprotein or NS3 of HCV as antigen to detect the specific humoral response against HCV. P24 antigen derived from HIV-1 was also coated as antigen to detect the antibody response against gag protein of lentiviral vector. Sera obtained 2 weeks after the indicated immunisation from each group and tested at a serial dilution. Bars represent the mean of six individual sera of each group; error bars represent the SEM.
