The human PC3, VCaP, LNCaP, and DU145 PCa cell lines, human bone marrow endothelial cells (HBME), MG-63 human osteosarcoma cell line and primary human fetal osetoblasts (hFOB) were stained with antibodies targeting Axl, Tyro3 or Mer and the % expression were compared to IgG controls for each antibody for n = 3 samples.
