<p>CD8⁺ T cell responses to VACV epitopes were determined in C57BL/6 mice infected i.d. with 1×10⁴ PFU of VACV-CD80&86 or control virus (VSC-8) or i.p. with 1×10⁶ PFU of the same viruses. Seven days later, CD8⁺ T cell responses to 15 VACV epitopes were measured by intracellular staining of IFN-γ.
