Regulation of mRNA expression in <i>C3ar^-/- vs.</i> WT BALB/c and B6 mice in DSS colitis.

<p>RNA was isolated from colon tissue homogenates, and mRNA levels were measured by quantitative real time PCR and normalized to the expression of the housekeeping gene <i>Hprt-1</i>. For each gene, mRNA expression is shown relative to its expression in the WT control group.
