<p>Given are the numbers of significantly positive, significantly negative, and non-significant (N.S.) slopes/correlations for (a) overall slopes across all treatment groups within the respective analysis, for (b) the slopes of subgroups with homogeneous slopes, and for (c) Pearson correlations within each individual treatment group. Note that trade-offs between growth rate and stress resistance are indicated by positive slopes/correlations for chill coma recovery time, but negative slopes/correlations for heat knock-down time.</p
